We want you to love every product you purchase from White Sugar Beauty World. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with our smooth return and exchange process.
Eligibility for Returns
Eligibility for ReturnsTo be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging: Applicable on selected items
- Be returned within 7 days of delivery if you receive damaged products due to shipping.
- Have a valid order number and proof of purchase
- For a safer side: make a short video while unboxing.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following:
- Used or opened products
- Skincare, makeup, and beauty tools once unsealed
- Free gifts or promotional items
🔁 Exchange Policy
We allow exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered.
To request an exchange:
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery at shop@whitesugarbeauty.com
- Attach clear photos and a short Video of the item(s) and packaging
- We’ll verify and dispatch a replacement once approved
💰 Refunds (if applicable)
- If your return is approved, we’ll initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
- COD orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or sent incorrectly (t&c apply)
- For damaged/defective cases, we will arrange reverse pickup or reimburse your shipping cost

- Do not return items without prior approval; unauthorized returns may not be accepted
