What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Information about our customers is an important part of our business and we are not in the business of selling our customers’ personal information to others. We share customers’ personal information only as described below and with White Sugar Beauty World (A Unit of Sage Grouse Technology Pvt. Ltd.) and its subsidiaries.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

We only collect data for our records in order to shipment of products (Share Phone numbers, Postal Address to our Shipment Partner in order to smooth and timely delivery of purchased items), Transactional Purpose, Our Brand Promotion(As per user agreement and Indian Law). Comply with legal obligations. In certain cases, we collect and use your personal information to comply with laws. 

Fraud Prevention – We use personal information to prevent and detect fraud and abuse in order to protect the security of our customers.

Any media file we keep only for the user reference only. We don’t share any kind of media file until it is for law and order purpose.

Shipping Policy

Our Shipment policy is very transparent, robust and Safe. Once the purchase of item done, we check the delivery address (Post Code (PIN CODE Is must).

Packing of ordered items is processed in our warehouse under expert guidance and by using layering technique and maintaining all quality parameters before dispatch. 

Once the order dispatched , We notify our customer via sms (TEXT) , Email or Other provided communication medium.

We have our own courier facility and third party courier service as well to make sure of timely and safe delivery within promised time. We usually deliver  within 2 to 7 days. Tracking of Shipment is done by our dispatch team until it gets delivered.

We share tracking id to our customer with courier company link.

Shipping charges depend on order types, 0rder amount and delivery location and share before order placement. We usually ship free .

Return Or Exchange Policy

We take request of return of purchased items only in case of “Damaged Item Delivered”,  “Duplicate Or Wrong Items Delivered”, “Item delivered is Different from Item Purchased e.g. Color,Size,Brand etc”

We send our pickup guy to collect the item at customer location, check thoroughly in front of Customer or Any authorized person. Once the item picked up we notify to customer and process exchange or refund as per the requirement.
