This company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. CIN: U26991HR2020PTC090448 are together referred to as White Sugar Beauty World referred as Online Shop/Academy. You may be accessing our Site from a computer or mobile phone device and these Terms of Use govern your use of our Site and your conduct, regardless of the means of access. You may also be using our interactive services such as our Beauty Suggestions, Makeup Training. Online Makeup Class, Online Yoga Classes etc. and the Beauty Services wherein you can book any beauty service provided by our beauty partners (” Beauty Services “) and these Terms of Use also govern your use of the Interactive and Beauty Services. These Terms of Use govern all the products offered on the Platform including the Interactive and Beauty Services.
The Platform is only to be used for your personal non-commercial use and information. Your use of the services and features of the Platform shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter ” Terms of Use “) along with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Cancellation, Refund and Return Policy or any Other Policy as modified and amended from time to time.
By mere accessing or using the Platform, you are acknowledging, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms of Use and the Polices, whether you have read the same or not.

In case any products or beauty services purchased / received / availed causes side effects or doesn’t suit you, please note that White Sugar Beauty World is in no manner responsible for any manufactural side-effects or service provider and manufacturer or service provider of the product or service shall be solely responsible for such side effects and consumer complaints. You should carefully read the individual terms and conditions in relation to the products and beauty services and consult a specialist before the use of the same.

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PROVIDED OR OFFERRED ON THE WEBSITE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AND AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF WHITE SUGAR BEAUTY WORLD. White Sugar Beauty World  may revise and cease to make available any product/ services at anytime. In the event, White Sugar Beauty World is unable to deliver the product to you on time or at all, you will be notified by an e-mail and your order will be automatically cancelled due to unavailability of the product or at your instructions due to failure to deliver the product on the expected time of delivery by our delivery partners. White Sugar Beauty World   shall not be liable to pay for any damages in such an event owing to cancellation of the order or delay in delivery.

You can make payment thru UPI/NetBanking/Debit Card/Credit or any other online mode. Payment you make from secure transaction will be validated by our third party payment gateway.

COD is not applicable on 1st Order. COD is subjected to validation and credit score. company reserves right to cancel COD order at any point of time if any wrong customer details shared with us. 

Bridal Work Policy

Below are the terms and policy of work:

• As per our working culture, we will come to your location for Makeup with our Celeb MUA team.
• Our Team will comprise with A Celeb MUA, An Assistant Pro Artist and two Other Support Staff.
• Food and accommodation will be managed and bear by you if possible Or we will discuss this at the time of agreement.
• During this period, our team will test your skin and monitored its behavior according to the season.
• Security of our team will be yours during this period specially for our female staff within your premises. If any Change in timing and odd hour working without priorly discussed  will cost extra.
• Products will tested before use, if any means of allergy , you will inform us prior.
• We only use Brands Like- MAC, NARS, tarte, Ferrarucci, Maybelline or any other known brands.
• Products and Brands will be decided by you before registration, any changes to that will be subject to company policy.
• If you wish to use your products, please share all details to our support staff.
• You and your family member will be supportive throughout the function and makeover. 
• The agreement will be terminated where we find any safety and security issue of our female staff.
• Any dispute with staff , will be escalated to company. No staff will be harmed or harassed by you or family members.
• All payment (as per agreed) will be paid in advance.
• You can make payment online via UPI/Paylink/Online Bank transfer or any other medium shared by our team member only.
• You are supposed to share your desired look at the time of registration, any changes in terms like waiting time, Extra products and extra staff will cost you extra.
• Company will not be held responsible for any post makeup side effect due to your old health issue. Consult your Doctor prior.
• Any Changes in last minute result in extra expense will be bear by Client.
